General provisions
1.1 This document sets out the principles for processing and protecting the personal data of the Customers of the Website available at zabezpieczono.pl (Privacy Policy).
1.2 Personal data is any information that can identify a Customer of the Service, or any other person accessing the website of the Shop, for example, name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and address for delivery of purchases made on the zabezpieczono.pl platform. When we refer to the term "process" or "processing" in the following document, we mean all activities and operations performed on personal data (e.g. storing or analysing them for the purpose of providing the service.
1.3 The administrator of the database of personal data provided by the Customers in connection with the registration of a User's account or purchases at zabezpieczono.pl is ZABEZPIECZONO SP. Z O.O. with registered office in Siedlce, ul. Składowa 59, 08-110 Siedlce, holding NIP number: 821-269-09-30 and REGON number: 528265043.
1.4 The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Customers themselves, as well as the authorisation to process data necessary for the purposes related to the activity of zabezpieczono.pl, including for the purpose of concluding, performing and settling sales agreements within the scope of servicing sales transactions of goods, as well as for archiving purposes.
1.5 The Service Provider shall process personal data in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable Polish law and shall comply with the rules on the protection of Clients' privacy provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
1.6. Customers may browse the assortment of the zabezpieczono.pl online shop without prior registration and providing personal data, however, in order to place an order or register an account it is obligatory to provide personal data specified in point 2.1.
Scope and purpose of personal data processing
1.7 The Administrator processes the following data: name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, as well as company name, NIP, address - if the Customer is an entrepreneur.
1.8 The Customers' personal data provided during Registration is used for:
- contacting the customer about orders,
- the handling of the customer's account, including the registration process,
- login to the account, which is a subpage of the shop to control the orders placed by the customer,
- to conclude a sales contract for products available at zabezpieczono.pl,
- accountants,
- organising the delivery of products,
- complaint handling,
- handling the return of purchased goods,
- for other activities in connection with the conclusion or performance of sales contracts.
2.3 The Customer may agree to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes, including in particular receiving commercial information by e-mail or telephone, by ticking the appropriate option in the registration form. In the case of expressing such consent, the Client shall receive information about promotions or discount actions to the e-mail address provided by the Client in the e-mail newsletter zabezpieczono.pl or to his/her telephone number.
1.9 The Administrator of the personal data base shall provide for the possibility of deleting personal data from the maintained collection, in particular in the event of deletion of the Customer Account. The Administrator may refuse to delete personal data:
- if the Customer has not paid all amounts due to the Seller or has breached applicable laws and the retention of personal data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and to establish the Customer's liability; or
- where there is another legal basis, e.g. under financial law, which will impose an obligation on the Controller to continue processing the data, or
- in the case of Customers who have made purchases at zabezpieczono.pl, until the expiry of the limitation period for possible civil claims, i.e. 10 years.
If, following a request for deletion, it becomes apparent that the Administrator is legally obliged to continue processing the Customer's data, the Customer will be informed.
Data protection
2.1 The Administrator shall protect the personal data provided to it and shall make every effort to safeguard it against unauthorised access or use.
2.2 Personal data shall be stored by the Administrator for the period of the Customer's having an account on the zabezpieczono.pl website and for the time of delivery, exercising rights of complaint or for the purpose of possible court proceedings.
2.3 Personal data can only be accessed by the Administrator, who does not share this information with third parties, with the exceptions described below.
2.4 The Administrator transfers the Customer's personal data to the Supplier to the extent necessary for the Delivery.
2.5 The Customer's personal data may be transferred to payment system operators (if this form of payment is selected).
2.6. zabezpieczono.pl may cooperate with third parties (e.g. specialised providers of data storage or analytical services) in order for these entities to provide it with services. In this case, these entities are not authorised to use Customers' personal data on their own behalf (data will always be processed on behalf of and for the purposes of zabezpieczono.pl), and their actions are subject to the provisions of the applicable law and this Privacy Policy;
2.7 The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information concerning the Customer to the competent authorities or to third parties who make a request for such information on the basis of an appropriate legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
Customer rights and obligations
2.8 Each Customer shall have the right to access the content of his/her personal data at any time, the right to correct and supplement them and, subject to point 2.9, the right to request the cessation of data processing and their deletion. In order to exercise these rights, the Customer may contact the Database Administrator by sending an e-mail to: [email protected] or by post to the address of the Seller: ZABEZPIECZONO SP. 2.9 Where the Administrator requests consent to send commercial information by electronic means (e.g. by e-mail, SMS and others), the person who has given the above consent shall have the right to withdraw it. To do so, one should: send an e-mail to: [email protected] or by post to the address of the Seller: ZABEZPIECZONO SP. Z O.O., ul. Składowa 59, 08-110 Siedlce and inform about withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information.
3.1 If the Customer posts any personal data of others (including their name, address, telephone number or e-mail) on the Website, he may only do so on condition that he does not violate the provisions of the applicable law and the personal rights of such persons.z
