MONTO - Massive aluminium mobile scaffolding designed for demanding applications assembly, service and installation. The sturdy construction equipped with braked rollers and height adjustment allows safe use even on uneven ground. Maximum working height up to 14.30 m allows you to work comfortably at great heights.
Application and function of the product
The structure has Load capacity 200 kg/m² in accordance with EN 1004-1 (scaffolding group 3) and TÜV certification. The handrail system, which is mounted before the platform is suspended, increases safety during assembly, as full fall protection is already available when climbing the working platform. The integration of the handrail into the diagonal braces simplifies assembly and the six-point fixing increases the stability of the structure at height. The special shape of the diagonal braces provides more usable space on the platform.
Non-slip platform dimensions 2.00 x 0.60 m The weatherproof platform is equipped with protective sides. The maximum distance between consecutive platforms is 2 m, This allows quick assembly without the need for tools. Non-slip, profiled rungs mounted on the vertical frame allow safe entry from the inside of the scaffolding. The small number of components speeds up assembly, and the 1 m long vertical frames can be combined in a 2-metre structure, This increases configuration flexibility. Braked and height-adjustable castors compensate for uneven floors, and rubber rollers can be used for delicate surfaces. From working height 4.20 m the structure is equipped with additional stabilising supports.
