The recycling bin is made of 1.5 mm electro-galvanised sheet metal and a strong profile frame. This combination of materials, together with the galvanising process, ensures resistance to corrosion and the damaging effects of the weather. The powder-coated finish is distinguished by its intense, durable colour and high resistance to mechanical damage and contact with chemicals. As a whole, it forms a solid, aesthetically pleasing structure designed for long-term use.
The bin is equipped with a set of stickers with the names of the waste to be sorted (for self-adhesive stickers), available in the respective colours: yellow (plastic and metals), green (glass), blue (paper), black (mixed waste) and brown (bio waste). Optionally, the bin can be fitted with an inner liner for easy emptying.
Application and function of the product
This modular set of bins has been designed for selective waste collection in urban spaces, company courtyards, car parks and the corridors of office and public buildings. The set can consist of between two and five segments, which can be securely anchored to the ground, resulting in a stable segregation station. Convenient handling is ensured by guides that make it easy to pull out the cartridge and change bags, and a frame that holds the bag in position. Each unit has a door with a lock, and the fronts are marked with icons and labels for each fraction to promote correct waste sorting.
