Flexible warning and protection profiles are designed to protect edges, corners, surfaces, pipes and protrusions to reduce the risk of injury and damage to property. They absorb impact energy, improve workplace safety and help prevent costly production downtime. Prominent warning colours increase visibility of potentially hazardous areas. The profile core is made of highly foamed polyurethane, which is protected by a durable and damage-resistant PU film. The warning marking remains legible for a long time. In addition, a high-performance adhesive is used on the inside, which is resistant to light and ageing processes, making it significantly easier to install.
Application and function of the product
The profiles have a protective and warning function, cushioning impacts and clearly marking danger zones. Thanks to their high flexibility, they adapt to different shapes and surfaces, including uneven ones. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, in industrial and commercial environments. The protective layer protects the profiles from colour fading even during intensive use. Can be fixed as low as -10°C.
