The TALOS M30 automatic post is a specialised security device designed to protect areas requiring the highest level of security. Its main task is to stop vehicles attempting to force their way through the protected zone, making it an indispensable element of perimeter protection in strategic locations such as government institutions, military sites, airports or financial centres.

Application and function of the product

The unit operates with a hydraulic lock that holds the column in the extended position and, if necessary, allows it to be lowered manually using a key. A cover equipped with an anti-lift safety device prevents the barrier from being lowered. The steel structure has been given an additional protective coating to protect it from scratches and weathering. Built-in LED lights increase the visibility of the post and a seal at the lid limits the ingress of water and dirt. The unit also features a heater to allow it to operate at low temperatures and an audible alarm that activates when the post is in operation.
