STABILO - A three-piece aluminium multi-function ladder with an innovative combination of steps and rungs, designed for comfortable use as an extension ladder, stepladder and freestanding ladder with extension. Thanks to its design, it can be used as a communication path and a place for short-term work. Extruded aluminium stringers with additional edge reinforcement and sturdy aluminium rails fitted around the stringers ensure high stability of the extending element.
Application and function of the product
An integrated safety device prevents the ladder from folding down or unfolding on its own, and self-locking catches increase safety in use. Extra-wide stabiliser and non-slip feet improve structural stability. Non-slip, moulded rungs 30 mm deep at the bottom of the ladder and moulded treads 80 mm deep in the extendable section provide comfort, while the innovative wide rung allows a comfortable transition from rung to tread. Sturdy straps attached to metal brackets increase safety in use.
