STABILO The lightweight two-piece extension ladder combines the functionality of rungs and steps in one professional design. Can be used as freestanding, stepladder or extension ladder, and the part equipped with steps also allows it to be used as a workstation for short-term tasks. The innovative combination of steps and rungs allows the ladder to be used both as a communication route and a workstation depending on the setting. Sturdy aluminium rails encompassing the stringers increase the rigidity of the structure, while the extruded profile stringers with additional edge reinforcement increase the durability under intensive use.
Application and function of the product
The model is designed for professional assembly, installation and service work requiring flexible positioning. Durable keyway connections of the steps and rungs to the stringers with multi-point struts increase load resistance. The non-slip profiled rungs in the lower section provide safe entry, while the wide transition rung allows a comfortable transition to the steps. Profiled steps in the extendable section promote a stable position during short-term work. Self-locking catches, sturdy straps attached to metal buckles, a wide stabiliser and non-slip feet increase control and safety for use in all conditions.
